Returns & Exchanges

At Bruder Toy Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion item doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailer to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and secure it firmly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
